Enough about me, the main problem I have noticed with console gaming however is that unlike computers, consoles don't have as much longevity, and only have one purpose, to play video games.

Halo 3 MLG Columbus Event Sponsorship

Im contacting you because I was told that you had the capability of giving sponsorships to halo teams who are in need of financial help. My team is would be seeded in the top 16 of the Amatuer teams at the event, which means that your name would be receiving a lot of publicity and attention from the players following the open bracket competition. All of us play on LAN constantly together, we are all locals and have been looking towards this event for a long while. The only problem is one of our player's mom lost her job. So he is unable to pay his way to the event. Here is a link to the players we have beaten at tournaments in our state.

If you know the names it will be easy for you to identify many known, top 32, top 16, and even top 4 players. My current team is the one listed at the top. As for online advertising before the event we also hold the Second Seed on Gamebattles.com. Even though we hold the second place seed, we are the only team in the top 10 without any losses, and we have beaten the first seeded team. Please ignore our reputation as it is from immature gamebattles players who were angry with a loss.

That is what is interesting also, and I never commented on that. Memory we have of those games. I remember maps to games I played 25 years back. And I wonder how that works for us also. How is that years past.

Top 3 teams for 2010?

The Top 3 teams will be these:

Carbon
Str8 Rippin
Triggers Down/Instinct

Carbon: You have arguably the most successful player to ever pick up a controller (Walshy) and three ridiculous players that will have a ton of chemistry (Defy, Best Man, Side). StrongSide's placements haven't shown what he was capable of, and if you watch his VoD, you'll find that he is still an awesome player. I think that him playing with Walshy will motivate him to become the 07 Side. Defy and Best Man have been solid players all throughout both the 08 and 09 seasons.

Str8 Rippin: The first national champions. I honestly will say that Elamite was not the problem. But more on that later. They've gained an excellent player in Heinz, who will help them out in many ways. They'll be looking to reestablish that mien in the community that Str8 can't be touched. The key here, however, is not T2, Legit, or even Heinz. It's Snipedown. Yes, he is incredibly skilled, and has the ability to take games over by himself, but like I've said in the past, it's turning into XiT Woundz all over again. What I mean by that is that Str8 was starting to get into a pattern of playing based around Snipedown going huge. If he went huge, then Str8 completely dominated. If he didn't, they were sunk. If they don't revert to this, expect them to do well. If they do, expect more 6th place finishes.

Triggers Down: Arguably the most consistent H3 team to date, SK and Hysteria have the most 1st place finishes in the league, and that says a lot about how tD plays. This long streak, however, was done mostly with the Pistola/Heinz duo. While I don't believe the #$^@ about Neighbor being a bad team player, I am curious as to why they didn't pick up someone like Naded, who has had a better overall track record during the 09 season, or Elamite, when he was dropped. That being said, the lineup is still very strong, and I think playing with three local teammates (SK, Hysteria and Neighbor all live close to each other in Washington state) will help him build that needed chemistry.

Instinct: If Str8 or tD choke, Instinct will replace them. They have a very strong lineup for 2010. Roy and Lunchbox are still the beasts everyone rooted for when Walshy was on Instinct. Cloud has shown himself to be the most well-rounded player from BtH, and Elamite was an awesome pickup. The key here is for Cloud to reign in his immaturity and let his playing, not his mouth, do the talking for him. If Instinct needs to get in the other team's head, Elamite's there for that.

Sleeper: Final Boss
This team has 3 incredibly solid players in Ogre 2, Victory, and FearItSelf who have all proved their ability to play at the highest levels. However, the X-factor is Totz. A lot of people have questioned the decision to bring him on board, and the general consensus is that he got chosen for his basement. However, after watching them play together, I see that Totz is bringing something that Mackeo brought when he was on FB, and what has been lacking ever since Walshy left. A support/objective styled player, who can do anything, and who talks A LOT. Although he is not as good as Mackeo (and nowhere near Walshy), he is improving, and has that drive. With the other 3 members of FB helping him along the way, FB has the ability to break into the Top 3, and they will consistently place Top 5 throughout 2010.

So a couple months back, I saw a film called Zeitgeist: Addendum. It posed many points on controversial subjects from religion, to our government, to 9/11, to Capitalism as a whole.
